LEGAL COMPLEXITY: the original Decreto 1469 de 2025 (29 Dec 2025) was suspended provisionally by the Consejo de Estado (auto of 12 Feb 2026, case 11001-03-25-000-2026-00004-00) for possibly breaching Art. 8 of Ley 278 de 1996 on how the increase was justified; the suspension was upheld on 14 Apr 2026. Complying with the court order, the Government re-fixed the SAME amount transitorily via Decreto 0159 de 2026, in force until the nullity suit is decided — so COP 1,750,905 is the figure legally payable as of 2026-07-15. AUXILIO DE TRANSPORTE (separate benefit, NOT part of the SMMLV): COP 249,095/month for 2026 via Decreto 1470 de 2025 (29 Dec 2025), a +24.5% rise over 2025's COP 200,000; owed to workers earning up to 2 SMMLV who commute, and converted to an equal 'auxilio de conectividad digital' for remote/telework staff. The auxilio decree was not suspended. Combined SMMLV + auxilio = COP 2,000,000.
