Bolivia is in rapid DISINFLATION: the 12-month rate peaked at 24.86% in JULY 2025 (the highest 12-month print in almost four decades, above even 1988's annual 21.47%), eased steadily through H2 2025 (Aug 24.15%, Sep 23.32%, Oct 22.23%, Nov 20.96%), and calendar 2025 closed at 20.40% — the highest YEAR-END print since 1988 — with disinflation accelerating in 2026 as 2025 base effects unwind and the Paz administration's exchange-rate unification (consolidated per the BCB Programa Monetario Modificado, July 2026) stabilized prices; monthly prints were negative in Feb 2026 (−0.62%) and Mar 2026 (−0.34%), so the YoY value falls steeply month to month — always serve the stated month.
